Last year we began operations in our new 280,000 square foot 3-point manufacturing facility. We invested in our customers who told us they needed a reliable source for quality 3-point equipment. We began by outfitting our new plant with state-of-the-art equipment, designed to utilize proven lean manufacturing methods to create one of the largest and most efficient 3-point manufacturing operations in the industry. Our new plant is now manufacturing 38 different 3-point products for our customers.
Why the big investment? You! This new facility gives our customers even more choice in farm and livestock products. All of our products are manufactured right here in the USA. Our products aren’t sprayed or dipped like many other 3-point products on the market---they are all powder-coated for longer life in the field.
But the most important difference our new facility represents is in our ability to anticipate demand and build for your needs. Our 3-point equipment will come delivered with the other 600+ products in the Tarter Gate line allowing customers even greater ease in building loads and consolidating vendors. No more 6 week lead times like you expect from some manufacturers. We offer and deliver the same 10-day service in the east and 14-day service in the west you’ve come to expect from Tarter Gate.
